If you are unhappy with the fit of the underwear you have received from the Underwear of the Month Club, you may exchange the unworn merchandise within 29 days with all tags still attached. Underwear received from the Underwear of the Month Club is only eligible to be exchanged for a pair in a different size of the same style and cut. Returns are not available for the Underwear of the Month Club.

If you have purchased an individual pair of undies (outside of the Underwear of the Month Club) that you are unhappy with, you may exchange or return unworn merchandise within 29 days with all tags attached. Merchandise may be exchanged for any other style or cut. Merchandise being returned will be credited in the manor of the original purchase. Underwear Nation is not responsible for any return shipping costs.

• You may exchange your undies within 29 days of the delivery date.

• You may only exchange unworn and unwashed undies with the tags still on.

• Undies must be exchanged in the original branded package.

• Include an exchange form with the undies. You can print one here: Return/Exchange Form

• Exchange your undies in the original Underwear Nation box you received them in.
